Default Shifting Blues

My 2009 LR3 HSE does not want to shift gears, I'm having to use the E shift to get anywhere. Also, seems like my engine is struggling to make RPMs. any advice is welcome.

Faults? Codes? Icons?

What is the "E shift?"

If your engine isn't making RPMs, what is it doing? You put your foot down on the throttle, and the RPMs on the gauge don't go up, but can you hear the engine revving up? If not, does it die out?

I assume you mean command shift to manually change gears, apart from getting codes next step would be checking the auto fluid level and or doing a fluid change.
