Should we have Fuel Injectors cleaned?
Never heard of anyone doing it (removing and cleaning) unless they fail. I can recommend a can of BG44K every 10K or so. I don't use injector cleaner on my vehicles, but based on the reviews of that stuff I have been using it for a few years. No idea if it makes a difference to be honest and the interweb is chock full of views about injector cleaners/additives, etc.
I add Seafoam every so often, the downfall of using zero ethanol premium fuel is that it does not keep things as clean as it could be. So I tend to agree with pagoda, the injectors should not need direct cleaning unless there is a reason. I think just running cleaner a couple times a year makes a good enough difference. Key is to add the cleaner, run vehicle for a while to make sure cleaner is in the fuel at the injectors (this can mean over a 10 mile drive, lots of fuel stored in those lines!) then let sit overnight. Also I tend to go pretty concentrate, a little over a quarter tank for one can.
Seems the benefit would be cleaner injectors.
I use BG44K every 15,000 miles. I believe that's the official recommended interval from Land Rover.
Additionally, there is a BG Service which cleans the injectors at the rail. It is my understanding this is a good and necessary service for the LR3 to prevent injector clogging. When I had it done at a shop it was >$400.

The trucks require premium on the 4.4. And premium gas does not clean better, in fact is usually cleans less if it lacks ethanol...

Here is a link to the premium fuel I use, it has more detergents than the lower cost fuel I usually run.
