Default significant coolant leakage

a few days ago the thermostat case started leaking, at first it was seeping and and when i got a bit worst i parked the LR3 and ordered a new thermostat housing assembly fro atlantic british. this weekend i replaced the houses and the thermostat housing and buttoned everything up, i noticed that i have a significant leak at the rear of the motor, i cant seem to see the leak fut it appears to be up high (maybe at the rear of the intake, sounds like its coming from the passengers side of the motor at the rear). I am looking for any information about potential areas for this leak. it is severe... when i was pouring in water, it was leaking out just as fast and never filled the reservoir.

any ideas? the car runs fine, so i am thinking its a house at the back of the motor or something like that.
any help would be appreciated.

Possibly the hoses going to and from the heater core that T off and send coolant to the rear of the vehicle. The T connectors there are plastic and get brittle with age.

I'm not sure what the repair manual calls it. The part number is PCH501094. The hoses run along the passenger side in the engine bay.
