I have the HTC touch pro. Sprint is the service provider. Everything works well except it will not sync the contacts. Which means, I can't dial by name.

Anyone have a fix or idea of how to successfully sync the contacts or am I doing something wrong?

I don't think the LR3 allows you to sync your contacts with it. I know that on most phones it will at least use the basic phone itself but, I think there are commands that allow the lr3 to view your address book in the phone and allow you to dial by name. I do know that this probably does not work with all phones. You might want to try consulting the LR3 voice activation and phone portion of your manual.What command did you use when trying to access your address book?
