Suspension Fault
I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem? I've had to take it in now 4 times now for sudden suspension faults...I think the tire might have clipped the wiring on a turn and damaged the wiring..the car would start raising the front then lowering..and then todaythe entire vehiclejust lowered completely and will not raise now. I get a warning message saying not to drive it over 30 mph.
I have heard of that before but not experienced it. If I remember correctly if that happens you can do a soft reset and get the vehicle to operate normally
cycle the key 3xs. Some one correct me if I got it wrong.
You may want to check your charging system a bad battery can cause suspension faults.
What size tires do you have?

I got it to raise up a little and it was driveable for a bit, but now it is raised completely in the back and lowered in the front..
I have some Nitto 285x60x18's on it that need to be replaced..so I will most likely have to get smaller tires to avoid this problem again. I can see the wiring in the front left wheel well has been damaged so I'm guessing that is what is causing the problem.
From what I've seen on this site, Silent Armours are the way to go?

Either that or after the wiring gets fixed, move the location of the wires higher up on the tire well so they don't get damaged again. However, that being said, I'd just get 265/65/Silent Armours myself. You won't believe the difference until you try them.
There is a height sensor overlay harness/harness repair kit available. Your tires are too large, we have seen this happen a couple times. Purchase the kit, repair the harness, mount it higher or get the stock size tires. You will need to have the faults cleared afterward.
The overlay harness replaces a wiring "lug connecter" on top of the spare tire, it corrodes (frosty) and causes the suspension ecu to have a "hickup" so he's rite get it checked by dealer, the system must be totally recalibrated with ids and a set of tools to measure height. scott
