Default Suspension fault driving on twisty mountain road

Quick question. Does the computer store suspension faults or are they cleared when you restart? I drove a mountain road a couple days ago much faster than I should have. After a few minutes I got the amber suspension fault warning light. The next time I drove the warning was gone and the suspension can still raise and lower with out issue. I'm curious what the fault was. I don't have an iidtool yet so I'm hoping the fault is still there. Also does anyone have a tool in the bay area California?

Im not sure for how long though. Some are stored for a duration of time. Some for a certain number of restarts or after a certain amount of drive time.

Default Suspension Fault or DSC?

What did the icon look like? Is it possible that you saw the Amber DSC light as the traction control kicked in and mistook it for a fault? Please describe exactly what you saw...
