okay yeah that's RED. You likely have a calibration issue. Even when my compressors have gone **** in the past, I don't recall a red icon.

So what is your suggestion? I figured it was something that can be fixed through a diagnostic tool. Take it to a dealership for the calibration, or buy a diagnostic tool to calibrate it myself? At the moment it does nothing. Doesn’t kick on, doesn’t inflate, just the suspension fault and vehicle sits really low.

Thanks for some insight

I have stated my suggestion multiple times, homie.1. Do the hard reset. 2. Then see if the compressor works when called upon. 0. Buy the IIDTool RIGHT NOW....then report back.

I will try the reset the way you suggested and then buy the diagnostic tool as a last resort.

I’m thorough ... I work in logistics. It’s important to deliver and receive data in its original state.

and some people can be stupid, so information doesn’t transfer so quickly.

Thanks again G

This seems like a vehicle on its bump stops with suspension height rods installed on the sensors. Have you modified the vehicle height in any way?

If you are getting a full hard fault as mentioned, you have sensors that are way off/disconnected or you are simply missing a fuse/relay for the compressor or the suspension computer. Those are generally the only two states that will trigger an immediate hard fault.

Did you pull any fuses when you worked on it?

Did not pull any fuses. I just disconnected the battery when I replaced the starter and left it disconnected over night after it was replaced successfully. I do have the rhino rods that extend the height of the vehicle.

Would I need to reinstall the stock rods to have it read the correct height on the sensors?

There ya go. Install the stock rods OR jack the vehicle up on all corners. You dont have to jack it up too high, just enough to get the sensors back online and back into range. Give it a try and report back here please.

That sounds like it might just work. I’ll do it as soon as I can and I’ll let ya know. Thanks

....and I would add that buying the IIDTool should not be a last resort. It should be the next thing you do.

Do you have sockets? Screw drivers? The IIDTool is basic to LR3 ownership.

....but what do I know? I've only had an LR3 for 14.5 years.
