installed a charging connector
When I installed my dual battery setup, I added a grill located connector seperately switched to each battery so I could directly charge up each battery via my 3 amp CTEK.
Fortunately I have not yet had to use it for a dead battery but I use it at least twice a year for a week at a time as I routinely charge up the batterys since the LR system only takes the batterys to about 80% state of charge.
