Default whats LR3 worth?

So think I am going to sell my 06 LR3 HSE. Has little under 90K miles on it. Just spent 2400.00 changing break pads, replacing all fluids, clearing sunroof drains, changing cowl. Still drives great. Its our third car (nanny drives kids around in it) and I use it to go to dear lease, so it doesn't get many miles on it. Have a new suburban that I am going to let nanny use and buy me a truck for work. Has probably 80% of the goodyear duratrac tire tread left. Has one small dent on driver door, ran into it accidentally while carrying the hitch carrier to the garage. Any idea what its worth? The dealer told me they would buy it from me cause its in great shape, but I figured I would reach out on here first (dealers always low ball). Chawton White with beige interior.

What part of the country are you in? I've been casually looking at LR3's, and prices vary wildly depending on location.

Some big variables here...

>06 HSE with that amount of miles is a good start. I like that year. The color is a huge plus. I really wanted a white one when I was looking.
>Does it have 100% complete service records? Do you have a log of everything ever done to it?
>Does it have any leaks? When (if ever) were the diffs and T-case fluids changed? (75,000 mile service, in theory)
>Do you live in a rust-prone area? or CA NV AZ desert? Moisture can make everything worst.
>Any history of water ingress? Did the sunroof EVER leak or tubes get clogged?

Lets say theoretically a rust-free, perfect records, no accident, with no mechanical issues, and decent tires, with 90k miles. I would price higher than KBB market rate. A good buyer can spot a gem.

If I was a seller I might take it to a LR dealership and get a prepurchase inspection done. If results are good you can include as documentation... very good backup for your asking price. If results are bad you can fix what you want or adjust your price. You can also leverage a good result with the dealer to get a better deal if both of you now know what condition it is in. In that case I would get an inspection with them (if you trust them), or with another nearby dealer if possible (third party being ideally unbiased).

Thanks. Do any of LR3's never have a sunroof drain clogged? Had some drips but thats about it. The cowl had separated from front windshield, I noticed it before we had any problems fortunately. All service work has been done by a local Land Rover shop, not the dealer. Pretty much where most people take their vehicles out of warranty. So yes we have all the records. Never had any leaks. Live in Texas. Owned the vehicle since 2008. Bought it after a two year lease and it was traded in. I am thinking about listing it on eBay or somewhere for 13-14K. Not sure I will get it but at least I can try. Trucks in great shape, was hoping to keep it til my 8 yr old gets his drivers license because its like a tank, but my wife told me we don't need 4 cars sitting in the driveway. Still love driving it, it still drives better than majority of the cars on the road. We got a diesel Range Rover Sport last december, and LOVE IT!!! Wish my wife would let me drive it more often. Big fan of Land Rover, just wish they would come out with a truck (i need one for my business).
