Hi guys, never owned one but been looking for one. I have come across 2010 LR4 62k miles, 3 owners. 22k

first ownership 7 years 58k miles
Seems to have gone through regular servicing
-rear brakes replaced 21k miles
-front brakes replaced 29k miles
-water pump at 44k miles
-interior trim repaired at 49k miles

second ownership 3 years barely 1k miles
no service records, wondering should have serviced even with low mileage

third ownership in 2021 and 3k miles and one service record no details
wondering why got rid of so fast!!
no way to know since buying from dealership

If you awesome people can help:
1. Anything interesting or must know about 2010 LR4?
2. Relatively low mileage for 10 year old car, good sign?
3. if you were buying, what other questions or information you look for?
4. I dont have knowledge or time to maintain myself, any recommendations on third party warranty (if they even have for 2010) to cover for expensive repairs?

Also looked at 2017 Discovery sport hse 33k miles for 10k more compare to 2010 LR4, have 6 months of manufacture warranty as well.
