Hello, can anyone recommend a LED turn signal for my 2010 LR4. I bought one but the socket didn't fit.

I know the focus on VW/Audi but they would be a good start. I'd just give them a ring. From a quick google search the bulb looks to be a 12V 5W Standard 2827 Bulb

 

I found some for my 2006 LR3 at either CARid or VLED. Can't remember which one. Just type in the part number from your original bulb and it will pull up the LED equivalent.

 

Have tried Super Bright LEDs? They have most of the bulbs in stock for LR4s and give a nice list of different bulb locations throughout the vehicle.

My bad... see they don't carry the turn signals...sorry.

 

Is there a way to disable the led ring completely? I do not want these "ben wa ball" inspired lights on at all and would prefer they be disabled permanently.
Currently the LED is off unless headlights are on. I would like them off even with the headlights.
If there isn't a coding option could I change the pin-out on the harness?

 

I believe the dealer can turn them off altogether in the system

 

thanks, i will ask on my next visit but curious if there is something that can be done manually.
the led are connected to the corner marker light in the headlight so i have to imagine if you code that off it would turn off the led but without coding is it possible to change pin-out or disconnect wire?

 

I guess if you can find the power feed to them you could just disconnect them. But who knows what errors that might give so I'd have dealer just turn them off
