While I enjoy and prefer the look of the LED strip on my LR4 Landmark I have never liked the bead inspired LED halos on pre-face lift and on the RRS and RR. After searching the forums and youtube for possible options on disabling these peculiar lights I decided to take apart the headlight and go at it myself. It is a fairly simple process and if you have about twenty minutes of free time, a 7mm socket and black electrical tape you can disable them as well without IIDT or any CEL or error messages.
