Default 2011 LR4 155,000 miles - blown engine

Does anyone know of an avenue to sell a 2011 LR4 not running. It is in great shape except: Local repair shop believes the timing chain jumped or broke. They say it needs a new/rebuilt engine. It is a friends repair shop, so I have confidence in their analysis.
White with tan interior
Tires, brakes less than a year
New - Water pump, alternator, vacuum pump
New front lower control arms and bushings 18 months ago

Not sure how to proceed: Part out, sell as is or find/fix engine

Try selling through Copart or Insurance Auto Auction "IAA." Easy and prices are up right now for used vehicles. Craigslist, Offerup or Facebook Marketplace. You could always just find a new/used motor and have it replaced, not for the faint of heart. Phil

Not exactly next door, but Overland Imports buys and parts out Land Rovers in Kentucky.

I would fix it and drive on. Personally I LOVE my truck. I have heard of these engines going south at around your mileage. Guess what, when my does, I will put a new engine.. I'd rather keep driving our rover. Nothing beats it offroad and I seat 7!!
