I just had a 2012 LR4 HSE LUX delivered to me this morning. A brilliant eBay find in excellent condition, incredible price, but has a blown motor. (I've rebuilt 2 Land Rovers and have now owned 4. Disco II, LR3, Evoque, LR4)

So, I'm going to be ordering a low mileage motor to swap in, easy enough, but I want to confirm that the list I have of compatible long blocks is good.

Looking at the stock power range. Not any of the updated ranges or ones that have been supercharged.

Jaguar XJ'Jaguar XK
Range Rover Sport
Range Rover

Now I have also heard to keep a 2012 engine to ones made before 2013 as the sensors changed?

Any input would be appreciated. I just wanted to verify before I start ordering anything. Thanks.
