Default 2012 LR4 Engine Temp Reading

The temp gauge bar on the dash of my 2012 LR4 never gets above 1/4 from the bottom. I do not get any temp warnings lights or engine warning lights. Just wondering if this is normal or if I should have checked out?

Have it checked, my 12 LR4 is always midway up the gauge when warm.

Wondering if it’s a temp sensor or if the thermostat needs replacing???

I’d check there first as well. Look for a Coolant Temperature Sensor. It measures air to fuel ratio so it’s vital you get it fixed. Are you noticing fuel range fluctuations?
