Default 2013 LR4 Aircon

Hi
I have been having a problem with my Land Rover LR4 HSE 2013 V8 petrol for quite a while now.
While using my air conditioner, after about 15-20 minutes of driving, the blower for the front and rear center becomes weaker. A couple of points I want to highlight below.
  • Sometimes by increasing the fan speed, it goes back to normal, but not at all times, even at full fan speed, I can hear the blower quite loud but no air coming out of the vents.
  • Turning off the AC for 15-20 minutes of turning off the car fill put it back to normal.
  • I have replaced the AC filter, fan blower and compressor. Problem yet persists
The last mechanic I visited told me the motor which controls the vent is out of whack, he reset it and said that if the problem yet persists bring it back, i dont want to open the dash board unless necessary.
anyone face this problem and would know what to do
I have been to Land Rover and outside specialists, no one has been able to diagnose the same.

My problems are a little different but I thought I'd bump this thread in case someone can help either of us. My 2012 LR4 A/C takes an awfully long time to finally blow cool air. My commute is about half an hour and the first 15 minutes are barely better than opening the windows and driving without A/C. But after 15 minutes it starts blowing reasonably cool albeit sort of humid air. But after a while it seems to lose cooling and is barely keeping the cabin tolerable. Anyone have any ideas?
