Default Bleeding the cooling system of a LR4

Hello everyone!
Please someone tell me how to properly bleed the cooling system of a LR4, V8, 5.0 - 2012 after changing the fluid. I can't find any clear information on the subject. I don't have a vacuum device.

Of course, you realize that by not using a vacuum system, you raise the risk of an air pocket. And that leads to a risk of overheating.
Here are the workshop procedures

What he says^^^^^^^

A vacuum bleeding kit is well under $100 on Amazon and for the time it saves and the fact that you will actually get a properly filled system, it's peanuts. You need to vacuum fill.

Thanks!
This will do the trick. I'm aware of the risks, but I have no choice at the moment.

Note that in the second part of filling instructions, there is a way without the vacuum fill. What's not mentioned is that nearly any time you touch those bleed screws, something breaks or its a bugger to get them to seal again.
