Default Cooling system Diagram 2011 LR4 5.0L HSE

Hi there,

I can not seem to find a complete cooling system diagram for my LR4 anywhere... if someone has one or can point me to one I would be grateful.

I would also to get ahold of a vacuum line diagram for safe keeping

Aaron.

Did you ever get an answer? I am trying to find out what the top one is also as I think mine is leaking coolant.

I didn't get an answer... however I figured out on mine that the top image on mine shows the "updated" version, so this small hose bib is blocked off inside. I can only image that if yous is the same, and leaking, either the plastic fitting is cracked or the hoses are deteriorated. Can you attach a pic of yours?

Here is what mine looks like. I cant see it leaking but notice the coolant on the top of the water pump. That is a new water pump. I replaced it and the plastic tube and O-rings behind it a few weeks ago. About a week age I wped off and cleaned up all the coolant showing there and now my coolant is low again and you can see the coolant on top of the water pump which is why I am thinking it might be that Y fitting

Yes I find it frustrating when I fix something, and something else pops up like that... I found there were a bunch of plastic bits here and there that were fragile for sure. I can't say for sure what it is but my best guess would be either a crack in one of the small plastic fittings or maybe one of the rubber seals in the connecter was damaged? definitely a tight space in there. It would be convenient if you could give it all a really good clean then spot the drip, or sometimes you can feel where it is coming from... coolant leaks suck. especially the ones that only leak under pressure. Apologies for not being of more help. Good luck on the hunt.

If you remove the part and have a look, you’ll see they are blocked off nozzles. Probably a design meant for a few vehicles.
