I just purchased my first LR4 so I am new here to the forum. It is a 2012 and I am looking to start customizing it.
Just today I installed a set of Defender steel wheels after getting them powder coated bronze. I like the look, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
I think I should go up one size on the tires. Currently they are 265/60/18. I did not want any rubbing and wanted to fit a full size spare, but I feel the look is a little off. I think the side vents need to be black or bronze as well to help with the appearance.
Looking for some input on how this looks and how to make it look a little better. Thank you in advance for your ideas.
First, good choice on the LR colour ;-).
But I think you're right, too many colours going on. And nothing tying them together.
I would have gone the matte silver myself, thus matching the side vents (preferred). Or black to match the handles and sills (perhaps).
