So many variables and not sure what fuse 62 does without going to the book to look it up. Are you saying fan isn't blowing, or compressor isn't kicking inglés in? Was that fuse blown? There are some steps to TS HVAC problems such as checking relays, jumping HP SW to see if compressor starts, etc. Did you read OBD codes yet?
There will be no lights on dash. But there should, in theory, be a code if refrigerant is low. You may also want to check the compressor itself. You have a constant-on compressor style. Basically it is clutches and always operating. I believe 5% is "off" and as cooling demands climb the variable orfici located within the compressor itself opens up to a max of 100%. What this also means, having no clutch, is that there has to be a safety element in case the compressor itself fails. So there is a breakaway plate built in. The pic below shows a failed one, the plate is gone. Second shows the plate removed for install of a new compressor. If this is broke you have a very large project ahead of you.
If by trying a recharge you mean hooking up a can of R123 and hoping fr the best, probabaly not. It migght be useful as a "sacrifice" to see if the system can build pressure.
If you have access to a vacuum and guages you can see if the system has a leak whcih needs to be addressed first.
