Default Car won't start.

2015 LR4 won't start all of a sudden. Battery is good but it's like the fuel pump shut off. Question is - how do I put it in neutral to get it towed?! The shift **** won't pop up.

Under the cup holders there is a manual override to put the car into neutral. I don’t have a pic handy, but you can search it up on youtube and find a video.

I take it the engine cranks when you hit the button, but won’t start - is that right? Or it won’t even crank - just nothing when you hit the button?

Engine was turning over, just wouldn't start. Went back the next day to meet the wrecker and it it fired right up. Wrecker never showed after 2 hours so just drove it home. Code scan showed low fuel pressure. In the shop now. Thanks for the shift info!

Glad to hear you got it to the shop. Please post back once you get it fixed and let us know what the problem was - knowing the common (or even not-so-common) problems is very helpful to everyone here.

Found out the intake fuel pump required replacement. $1090.43 total cost, but only had to pay the $200 deductable with the extended warranty, thankfully.

Thanks for posting back. Is that the low pressure fuel pump in the tank, or the high pressure fuel pump on the fuel rail?

It's the one in the tank.
