2015 LR4 HSE

So keeping an eye on codes with the GAP. Have seen a couple that once cleared have not returned. The U0102-00 never goes away but I don't have the HD option do it may just be what it is. But -

The IPMB CAMERA U0140-08 code seems strange in that the date set is always in the future - 2029! And when I look at ECU INFO I see there is an update for the IPMB CAMERA ECU, as well as a few others. So I'm looking for help on how to proceed with the updates which may (or may not) fix the error code.

Do i need to contact GAP first, or Do I plug the IID into the PC to get the update and then install it in the vehicle? Perhaps the update is already available on the GAP tool doftware and just needs to be installed in the vehicle?

And what are the process steps to do the install once plugged into the vehicle? I sure don't want to mess up any/all systems. Would appreciate some guidance. TIA.
