That campaign number "P039" is for an emissions recall that Land Rover released in 2014 for certain model years of the LR4, RRS, and L322. In summary, there was an issue identified with the engine calibration software which could cause the engine malfunction indicator lamp to illuminate. This, in turn, can cause issues for the vehicle regulating tailpipe exhaust emissions.
