How do you remove the headrest?

Default How do you remove the headrest?
I need to remove the headrest to install a crutch / cane holding device. I don't want to break anything. Does anyone know the right way to remove it?

I went out and had a look, on the "other" arm, (the one without the tab for adjustment) there is a release that needs to be pressed in.
