Lower Control Arms
LR4. Simple question. Replacing front LCAs. Not pressing bushings, so just complete LCA kit. Which is the best option.
1) OEM
2) Atlantic British Semi-Firm Green Poly Bushings kit
3) Meyle HD kit

I went aftermarket with mine, Mevotech. More of a test to see how they will do and if their claims hold up. So far so good. With that said, OEM are less than $150/side with shipping. The price I checked now, $116 each from the UK @ LR Direct. Shipping can be expensive, its three-day and over seas, but I still find they beat any price in the US by miles even with the shipping. All my other arms are from them, front uppers are complete rear end.
I replaced mine but found them to be in fair condition at 160k or whenever I did it. The bushings were decent and when totally separated from the knuckle, they still wanted to spring back to their home position. So it depends on how far you want to take the project, but they are fairly easy to do and can be done at a later date. With that said, they are not very expensive. LR Direct has "Original Equipment" which is OEM (and how I bought all mine) for $57 each less shipping.
Word of warning up those upper ball joints. Make sure you torque TO SPEC! Those dang things like to snap if over-torqued. I found out during a holiday weekend, made me Amazon customer though! Next day shipping even on a holiday! But I searched and found out other have had that same happen.
