Default LR4 5.0 V8 2012 won't start

Hello,
I have problem with my new LR4 - as it arrived it won't start. We have checked it via both LR diag tools and 3rd party and there are no particular errors.
Conditions and results:
* new battery
* starter motor works
* chain turns, approx. 250 RPM read
* camshaft position sensors ok
* plugs have spark (at least 2, for the rest I would have to disassemble too much for now)
* fuel pump has voltage and works.

Did anyone have similar issue and can help with it?

As I stated with "no particular errors" - there are no fault codes. That's the reason I'm asking, because other way I probably know where to search.

Apologies. “no particular errors” was not deciphered as “no codes”.

You’ve seemed to hit the right bases; fuel, air, timing, spark, starter. No error codes is disconcerting, however. I wouldn’t expect that.
You mention the fuel pump is operational. But isn’t there 2 pumps? Is there fuel in the fuel rail?
Time to follow the pinpoint tests in the workshop manual…

Thanks for the suggestion "we have to go deeper" meme
Already checked fuel pump and rail - there's a pressure in rail, there's fuel sprinkling when loosening the nut; sensors also read pressure properly.

So, we got deeper. Deep enough to find that timing chain jumped due to tensioners and destroyed exhaust valves.

Update:
I have the opportunity to repair my engine or to swap 5.0 NA to brand new 5.0 SC. This type of engine was in L320, so mechanically there shouldn't be any problem.
That bears additional questions about the stuff around the engine - what has to be changed accordingly - computers, maps, etc?

There are significant differences between the 5.0 and the 5.0 SC. As interesting as it all sounds... I wonder how feasible it will be. Do you know anyone that has been successful in the effort? I don't.

just curious: was the engine not making loose timing chain noises prior to jumping timing?
