Default LR4 Charging System Fault

Hey guys, I recently started having this issue with my 2014 LR4 (3.0L V6). I hoping someone on here can at least point me in the right direction as far as fixing it.

Here is what happened:
1) I left the car sitting for about a month, everything worked fine before I left it.
2) Started the car, drove about 2 miles
3) Turned on the climate control, about 5 seconds later I got a charging system error and battery light on
4) I turned around to head back home right away and I turned off anything electrical to make sure I made it back. Then the charging system warning went away after I turned things off

After some diagnosis, this is what I have found:
- The charging system warning only comes on when the climate control is turned on, the fan speed or setting doesn't have any effect.
-System voltage stays around 14.7V regardless of the electrical load without the climate on. When the climate is turned on to any setting, the voltage drops to 13.9V and the error light comes on. The error disappears and the voltage returns to 14.7V about 10 seconds after the climate is turned off
-I connected another battery in parallel to try to rule out the battery, NO CHANGE to voltage or warnings
-I installed a new alternator, NO CHANGE in the charging voltage, condition ect. It behaves the same as the old alternator
-If I disconnect the two-pin connector on the battery current sensor, the system defaults to 13.5V when running and if I turn the climate control on at that time, there is no change in the system voltage

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

Update: I ordered a new, genuine battery current sensor. It's the device that sits on top of the battery and connects to the negative terminal of the battery. After installing the new BCS, there is still no change in the issue I'm having.

Additionally, I found the TSB about the positive lead for the BCS and I tested and updated according to the TSB but no change there either! I'm stuck!

To be clear, yes when the engine is running a charging voltage of ~14v is supplied by the alternator.
With the engine not running, anything less than 12.6 v on a resting battery is not good.
It “could” be the bms. But I would check it before replacing it.
I’d be replacing the battery first. Then, performing a system reset.
