Default LR4 HSE LUX Headlights

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2011 LR4 HSE LUX and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to make the Xenon headlight brighter? It seems a little dull to me, is it a case of putting new bulbs in or is there a specific aftermarket bulb that works?

Any advice would be great!

Hugh

My 2011 seems to be bright enough as long as fogs are on at the same time. Brights are excellent. I do not know of an upgrade as your headlights follow your steering and move right and left as you corner. I am in the process of adding aux lights, which mount to bumper on this model.

Thanks for the reply, what sort of auxiliary lights are you getting?

I just find with mine they don't seem to "project" quite like other Xenon headlights for example Audi. As you say brights are great and fog lights are too.

Thanks again!

I'll probably get my usual Hellas, or JC HiLites. Utah Rover has a sale on factory lights on there site, not cheap, but made for LR4 with mounts. These lights only work with high beams or independently, not for on-road and not with low-beams.
