LR4 with P0316 and P0308 codes

LR4 with P0316 and P0308 codes
The dreaded check engine light came on and when I looked for codes I got:
P0316: Misfire on the first 1000 rpms
P0308: Misfire #8 cylinder (by the way how are the cylinders numbered on this engine?)
Mileage is around 50k miles and no noticeable driveability issues.
Insights or advice?

Update: In case anyone gets the above codes, and more importantly the P0316 it looks to be a leaking injector issue. I imagine the injector seal leaks fuel into the cylinder when the engine is shut done. The dealer replaced the injectors on the whole bank (4).
