Have a new 2013 LR4. Need tips and help to buy off-roading wheels and tires.

 

What type of off roading do you plan to do? Do you plan to have this as a daily driver as well, or is this a $50,000 mudder?

 

If you're serious, check out 4xforum or Expedition Exchange. The former has run an extensive evaluation of the Discovery 4 in offroad conditions and has lots of video results. The latter has more stuff related to modifying LR3's with taller profile tires and some other offroad basics. Most people just don't spend that much to go offroad... at least not on what is basically a premium late model car that almost totally lacks suitability for any offroad modifications beyond what the factory has provided such that there is virtually no aftermarket.
