Hi everyone.

My dad used the sunscreen in the back seat (2nd row) and somehow it will not retract. It seems like there is some issue with the mechanism that allows the screen to retract. Does anyone have any experience with this? I would like to pull it out, fix whatever is broken, and then put it back in place without having to take off the sun roof or any interior trim.
