LR4 SCV6 multiple codes
Dealing with several fault codes at once. Wondering if i did something when replacing plugs. The foam pads are difficult to fit. Took apart to see if i damaged wiring and cant find anything wrong. Codes are - P0458, P0691, P115F, P0598, P06db. Tried erasing all, but strangely the fan circuit does not erase and then others come back as well. Fan rund constantly and not sure if this is how it always has been. I replace PCV and purge control valve since should do anyway. Was thinking of replacing thermostat since this one has 60,000 miles on it. Battery reading 12.37 volts when sitting. Thinking ECU since cannot find any other issues and so many codes. Was hoping to find a lose wire or ground but cant. Any help is useful...

Emphasis on the battery! Bus communications failures can be broken harnesses but it is typically an inefficient battery.
It must read 12.6 v, resting for 6 hours, engine not running.
Also as our vehicles get older, emission errors seem to be more prevalent. Good call on replacing the PCV valve. MAF, O2 sensors, dirty filters, clogged cats are some of the culprits.
