Default LR4 upper radiator hose

Hello, all
I have a 2016 LR4 HSE. Recently I experienced a brief engine overheating and noticed that the upper radiator is leaking in the common area upper radiator hose assembly. The hose is specifically leaking in the seam of the hose connector. From what I have seen and read, leakage from that area is common. I live in a rural area and the nearest Land Rover dealership is more than two hours away. I want to replace the hose myself, but I do not not want to damage anything or make matters more difficult. Does anyone have instructions to properly replace the hose myself or know of a video that exists? I have searched, but I have been unable to find anything. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Search for "lr4 water pump" or "lr4 coolant leak" on YouTube

Do you not have the service (workshop) manual?
