Hello! New to the forum and new to Land Rovers. Purchased a 2011 LR4 last week and we have had a few "issues" out of it already I would like to ask all the informed people about. My first question, what are the "symptoms" if you do not put the gas cap on correctly? I think I may have accidentally done this the other day when I got out, opened her up, looked at the premium fuel price the station had, closed her back up and went home. When i got home I got to thinking about it and went out there to ensure the cap was on correctly. When driven it would lurch and drop RPMs when first accelerating over 2k RPMs. It would only do this on the first start off then drive fine. The next morning it gave me no issues and has not since. Could that have been because the fuel cap was not installed correctly for a bit?

We also have a P003C (camshaft profile control circuit) engine code up right now and have an appointment with Land Rover. They said that if it is not giving us issues driving it that it should be fine to drive until the appointment. Has anyone had to deal with this code?
