Default One Touch Window faults - BCM ?

New to me 2013 LR4 HSE LUX
Driver's window works with one touch down. One touch up does not work.
None of the other windows work with one touch down or up. Must hold button to activate.

Is this a BCM fault ? (Not sure if LR4 calls it a Body Control Module but thats what I'm referring to)
Is this common? Can dealer usually fix ?

There is a way to reset the stop limits on the windows that should fix it. I forget exactly but I think you wind it all the way down then press and hold the down button for 5 seconds. Wind it all the way up and do the same with up button. It's something as simple as that. See if it's in the manual
