Default Radio problem

Hi guys, I have a Disco 4 LR4 from 2011 TDV6. ITs been 2 months off because we had to change the crankshaft sensor. IT fixed and working well but The radio is doing something very strange. The screen turns on and everything seems to work well, can go to menu, navigation, reverse camera works, ... but there is no sound until suddenly, it goes crazy and makes the highest volume sound for a few seconds and back off again. even when it is shouting, i try to put volume down but doesn't work. Its pretty random and hard to even turn off when is happening. I dont know what is going on. I ve removed the whole screen systems fuse because it think it was even happening when the audio is off.

Anyway, if someone has an idea of what's going on or any resetting options that could potentially work, it would be fantastic. thanks soo much
Borja

Checky battery and alternator voltages. I had a faulty battery (parts store replaced under warranty) and the radio would randomly shut off or produce a loud white noise.

Thanks so much Wilybyrd. My battery is actually 2.5 years old and apparently here in Darwin they dont last as much so it could definitely be something related to the battery. I ll have a good look at it!
I ll let everyone know if it was
Thanks
