Receiving misfiring codes. Professional advice needed.
Hello, all.
I am in dire need of assistance!
I recently purchased a 2016 LR4 and I drove it for a while and it started running rather rough!
I took it to a local mechanic, and he told me that the vehicle is misfiring. He performed a thorough check and informed me that cylinders 4 and 5 are misfiring. He is unable to check the wiring, the computer, or reprogram the computer. I live in a small town where Land Rover mechanics are not accessible.
Any advice would be welcomed.
By the way, here are the codes that were detected:
P0270-13
P0300-00
P0304-00
P0305-00
P1315-00
Again, thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

If you don’t have it (and you should), send me a pm and I will share the workshop manual. That document will give you insight into the issues and invaluable knowledge of what may be the root cause… and what is required for the fix.
To me, without further analysis, it sounds as if you have a failing injector.
Cheers

I appreciate your reply.
I am new to the forum and I am not certain I have a pm.

In the top right hand corner of this very web page is a drop down link associated with your log in name.
Select the drop down and then select “Private Messages”. Send me a message with your email address.
Incidentally, it would be very odd if the engine management system required “reprogramming”. So you can delete those thoughts.
