Rough idle at start

2012 lr4 18k miles, recent new engine under warranty (300 miles on new engine block). Rough idle from start to warmup. Any ideas? Dealer not much help.

I have seen fuel injector cause rough idle , if they change the engine long block they tend to reuse the fuel injector , let me know how it work out for you. Thanks Nim
