I have a 2010 lr4 and it has the navigation hd sirius radio head unit but I can not select satellite from the modes it is greyed out does anyone know what is wrong. I did verify the sirius unit is installed in back left fender I called dealer and they don't know what is wrong but if it is sirius unit the want $700 plus labor. Please help

 

very posibly the module is bad. The very fact that it shows SAT on the screen means that the unit is installed.

I bout a 2011 that was advertised as XM installed. a few days later I noticed that there was no SAT option on compututer. Turns out no one at the dealership took the time to verify the module was installed. Luckily they installed it for free after checking as I stated above.

have you had them refresh the computer? maybe just a problem in the software
