Default Smelling fuel in car at idle

Hello. Has anyone experienced a strong fuel odor present inside the vehicle while idling? There is no visible leak anywhere that I have been able to find but I have not really dug that deep yet. Also, there is no odor outside the vehicle at all.

also, I should mention that the odor is only present when the HVAC is blowing air.

also also, I have a code for O2 sensor. Code popped up a week prior to fuel smell.

take a look at this thread. may be related, and even if not, you can check to see if your LR4 has had the recall work completed.
