2013 LR4

Earlier this year, I discovered that my driver side window controls as well as my driver seat controls no longer functioned. To be clear, none of the controls for the window or the side mirrors function. There was heavy rain and the truck was parked for a while so I guess some water got in and shorted something out. I checked the fuses for the driver seat motor and the windows, but they are all ok. I even bought a used replacement window control module and swapped them out but that did not help. Since both the driver's seat motor and the window module are not functional, perhaps there is a common power relay that is shared by these somewhere on the harness? Anyone else run into a problem like this?
