I'm looking at potentially buying a 2013 LR4 with around 120k miles. CarFax shows 2 owners, and 57 records. Tons of service records. I'm well aware of the water pump issues on these, but its showing the water pump has been replaced 4 times?!?! Is this possibly accurate and or is this a massive sign of long term issue/defect?

Curious to hear the experts thoughts. Thanks!

 

I'm no expert but I think my 2012 LR4 (212,000 miles) is on its 4th or 5th water pump.

 

60k miles seems average for these.
id expect 2, maybe 3 at the most, on a 120k mile car.
