I have a 2012 LR4 that has one front tire that wore down prematurely. I'd like to replace both front tires and keep the rears since they're still in good shape, and the replacement cost of Nokian studded snows is now very expensive (one of their manufacturing plants is in Russia). I know that with Volvo AWD station wagons, it's a very bad idea to have different diameter tires even if the difference is in millimeters. Is that also true of LR4s?

I tried searching for this and didn't find anything, which is why I'm asking.
