Need to replace the driver's master window switch pack. I've seen posts stating the entire door card needs to be removed as the switch pack's held in with 2 screws and I've seen posts stating the switch pack just pops out from the top. I've watched videos showing the door card removal and then pushing the switch pack out from inside with just 2 friction clips holding it in place.

I've tried carefully but forcefully using nylon trim tools to lift the bezel out and it feels like it's not moving at all and denting the leather quite a bit.

Any one here done this before I either break something or needlessly remove the entire card?
