Yellow / Amber exclamation on dash?

What is the yellow / amber exclamation point on the dash indicating?

I just had my 2012 at the dealership for a new timing chain and guides with a bunch of work within the last month…

What is the message in the center screen? The orange exclamation in a general warning. Ex. It will light up for low tire pressure.

occassionally I catch low washer fluid but there isn’t a message most times.

You know what, I hadn’t totally gotten used to the new message centre. You totally caught it and that was indeed the issue. Low washer fluid.
