Default Climate control upgrade

Hi I have a 2006 discovery 3 base model that has a manual heater and air conditioner controls does anyone know it the auto climate control will work on the base model thanks.

Most likely, but you would have to add a bit more than the controls I would guess, like the temp sensors and some software

Hi ArmyRover,

Thanks for the quick reply, I know that you can plug in upgraded steering wheel controls and they will just work with out any software updates, so I will try and do a bit more investigating and see what I can come up with. Might be a case of buying a second hand one and try it they are not too expensive.

Bob, I have an extra HVAC controller. No heated seats or windshield button, but has button for rear AC. Fan **** is a bit chewed up, but works perfectly. Where are you located?
Looks like you may be in Australia....shipping is always pricy from the US.
