Good morning I have p38 right hand drive but in my country is left hand drive I have p38 2.5 dse that is right hand drive and I have a 4.6 hse p38 with left hand drive I would like know if someone help me so I can move it over thanks.

 

You would be better off putting any good parts on the truck that is already left hand drive, and repairing the rest.
Swapping the drivetrain, ecu and electrical components, dash, and steering to the other side is a huge job.
Since you are asking how to do this, I respectfully say that you should not attempt it. Unless you have a shop, a lift, plenty of tools, someone to physically help you, lots of time, and money to burn.
