Default front x springs..........

I have a set in the rear of my d2. like them. they work. currently have inverts up front. I am considering them up front, but a bit concerned with the possible interaction with shock. my rear ones allow for a lot more un centered expansion of the springs. I have a hard time imagining that the front shock will not get beat up and used as a guide rod.
anyone running them with this set up? seen anyone running them up front?does it work okay?

Do you have a 3-link up front?
If not, I doubt your radius arms will allow for enough articulation to warrant X-springs. And looking at the design I don't see any way to use X-springs along with shocks mounted inside the coil. You'd have to mount the shocks externally, but still I don't see the point with stock radius arms.

yeah that was my concern......moving the shocks. they have a hollow seat for the front, just haven't seen them in use.
I still have radius arms. I moved frame mounts back, built and stuck longer cranked arms in......so that helps a little bit. same on the rear, other direction. really I am trying to achieve a little more front axle downforce while on the long steep inclines....weightless front end is rough on the rear axles. rough

How do you do inverted cones in the front and still have the shocks inside the spring?

Duh...Dunno why I said inverted. Just tf501. Had inverts on back before swap. Plan to keep the shock in its intended location
