Question HD springs

If i were to add a roof rack (full basket style) and maybe a steel bumper with a winch, would i need to add the HD springs?

Sure, if for no other reason then after 50,000 to 60,000 miles your suspension is shot and lower to the ground.
If you want some help with what to get, shout.

Yeah, I would love some opinions! What springs, rack, and bumper do you recommend? Also, I'm on the fence on whether or not to lift?

I have my original springs, I have a ARB winch bumper (no winch, yet) SD roof rack and a Rover Racks ladder on the back.
My truck rides fine, sits about 1" lower than when new.
Medium duty springs will do what you need, if you are also adding rock sliders, under armor, steel read bumper, cargo tray, etc. then you def want the HD springs.
You have no choce here in the US but to get a lift if you are replacing your springs.
You can get Land Rover heavy duty springs (made by ARB) to keep the stock height but they are more expensive than ordering a 2" lift from TerraFirma which will also include new shocks.
