Default Help identifying accessory light

I recently bought some Hella 4000s from a land rover owner and he included this light. He says its a genuine Land Rover light. It turns on and off by turning the rear ****. Anybody know if this is OEM?

Thanks Tom. I'm going to take it apart and see if there are any identifying marks inside.
